Our dedicated team will help you reach your fitness goals. We’ll provide you with all the information and support you need to stay motivated throughout your training with us.

With over 15 years of experience working at the highest level of sport, we are passionate to share our knowledge of training with everyone. To date, everyone who has worked with us has improved their health and fitness, whether they’re already in good shape or a complete beginner. 

What We Offer

Not everyone will want to work with a coach directly, but many will want to have their programming done by Collective Fitness and delivered to their back pocket on a daily basis. Our Monthly Membership allows you to train using our approach no matter where you are in the world!

Our dedicated team will help you reach your fitness goals. We’ll provide you with all the information and support you need to stay motivated throughout your training with us.

Online Coaching

If you opt for our Online Coaching service, after getting assigned a coach, you’ll have a one on one Zoom call with our team and fill out a detailed intake to get to know your background and goal.

We will perform a full assessment that will check your mobility and get a baseline on your strength, conditioning, and how you move – accounting for your current training and any past injuries. We deliver our sessions through TrueCoach and you can upload videos and feedback right to the app for your coach to see.

Every week you’ll see new workouts that will progress thoughtfully toward your goals. Your coach will check your videos and feedback throughout the week, and you’ll get a call with your coach to check in. Nutrition info and meal plans go right into the app as well.
