As founders of Collective Fitness, Conor, James and Jack have a dream: to create a culture of high performance where anyone can achieve their goals. From our years of experience working in team environments, we know that the key to success is teamwork and relentless dedication, and so we founded the company with that in mind.

WHY WE CARE

People today follow programs that are based on current trends. Ultimately they change them every few months, never really figuring out what works for them. This results in little to no consistency in training and, unfortunately, no results. We care about the individual, so we provide them with a training system based on true strength and conditioning principles, which allows them to stick with a program for longer periods of time and achieve the desired results.
