    We work with individuals entirely remotely through structured online systems, coaching, and equipment delivered to your home. For companies, we run on-site wellness programs across Dublin City Centre, managing everything from group training to full gym operations.

    We check in with our coaching clients 4–5x per week, track progress through our app, run community leaderboards, and follow a clear 12-week structure that’s built around your lifestyle. You’re never doing this alone — and we know how to keep people moving even when life gets busy.

    Conor is a medically trained physical therapist with experience with some of the worlds most recognised teams and Ireland’s top orthopaedic hospitals. Every plan is built with injury prevention and rehab integration in mind — whether you’re coming back from pain or want to avoid it altogether.

    Each client works with two coaches: one for fitness/rehab and one for nutrition. We handle everything from meal structure to daily check-ins so you can stop overthinking food and start fuelling properly.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS

Collective Fitness was founded by Jack McGrath, James Norton, and Conor Corcoran — a team of elite athletes, medical professionals, and coaches who’ve lived performance at the highest level. Between them, they’ve represented Leinster, Ireland, the British & Irish Lions, and worked with leading institutions like Arsenal FC, the IRFU, and Sports Surgery Clinic.

In 2021, they launched Collective Fitness to solve a deeper problem: most people don’t fail because they’re unmotivated — they fail because they’re following broken systems with no accountability.
