My Journey into Injury Rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning: A Lifelong Pursuit of Health & Fitness

Throughout my career, I've been on an incredible journey from starting my own rehabilitation practice to co-founding Collective Fitness alongside my esteemed business partners, Jack McGrath and James Norton. Our shared vision has always been to leverage our combined 15 years of experience at the highest levels of sport to empower and educate individuals about health and fitness.

The Beginning: Camden Sports Clinic to Collective Fitness

My journey began shortly after graduating when I embarked on a path that led to the creation of Camden Sports Clinic. The clinic was my initial foray into the world of injury rehabilitation and it served as the foundation for what would eventually become Collective Fitness in 2020.

My journey took me to a place of great prestige – the British & Irish Lions, a renowned rugby team. Here, I had the privilege of attending morning meetings that brought together medical and Strength & Conditioning (S&C) teams. It was here that I grasped the paramount importance of player welfare. These dedicated professionals were meticulous in their planning, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of peak performance.

What I Learned:
