    • Elite Plan: This is a highly personalized coaching experience, including fully customised training programs, one-on-one coaching, tailored nutrition, and bi-weekly check-ins with your coach. It’s ideal for those seeking a more bespoke approach to their fitness journey.

    • Community Plan: Most of the workouts can be adapted to any environment, whether you're training at home, in a gym, or on the go. We offer bodyweight, minimal-equipment, and gym-based workouts so you can choose what suits you best.

    • Elite Plan: Your coach will customise your program based on your available equipment, environment, and specific goals. If you have access to a gym or home gym setup, they will tailor your plan accordingly.

    • All workouts are delivered directly to your smartphone through our app. You can view video demonstrations, read detailed instructions, and track your progress easily. For the Elite Plan, your coach will also provide additional feedback on your progress during bi-weekly check-ins.

    • Yes! If you start with the Community Plan and decide later that you want more personalised coaching, you can upgrade to the Elite Plan at any time. Similarly, if your needs change, you can switch back to the Community Plan. Just contact our support team, and we’ll help you make the transition.

    • Community Plan: You’ll have access to community challenges, and a support network within our app to keep you motivated and accountable.

    • Elite Plan: In addition to all the features of the Community Plan, you’ll get direct one-on-one support from your coach through bi-weekly video check-ins, unlimited messaging, and movement feedback.

    • Community Plan: While the focus is more on general wellness, you'll have access to resources on nutrition, healthy habits, and tips for maintaining a balanced diet. We will also create you a meal plan every month.

    • Elite Plan: Your coach will create a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your specific goals, including calculated macronutrients and meal planning guidance, along with ongoing adjustments as needed.
