WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIGN Up?

As soon as you sign up, your account is automatically set up, and your journey begins. The program is structured with Monday as the starting day of each week. If you sign up midweek (e.g., Thursday), your program will officially begin the following Monday, giving you time to prepare and set yourself up for success.

HOW DOES THE NUTRITION PART WORK?

You’ll have access to a macro tracking tool that makes it easy to fuel your body for your goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, or maintenance. Plus, our extensive recipe library is packed with simple, delicious meal ideas that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

How is the program delivered?

Everything is conveniently hosted in the Collective Fitness App. This includes:
